What Do You Want To Do When You Grow Up?

swimmer.jpg

Maybe you wanted to be a superhero, an olympic swimmer, a race car driver or a movie star. No matter what is was, you had no doubt you would achieve it. You could run, jump, sing and dance like nobody’s business. Your body was free to move and your mind free to dream without inhibition.

So what happened? We often get bogged down with responsibilities that keep us either sedentary or repeating the same things without the right amount of strength and flexibility. Our bodies and mind change and we often lose sight of what it feels like to run like the wind.

So, what do you want to do when you grow up? Let your mind dream and your body move.Through functional training designed specifically for your goals, your body and your lifestyle, the possibilities are endless.

Go ahead, dream it. I will provide the environment for your body to transform through function and achieve it.

Do You Ever Say Things Like:

  • handstand.jpg“It hurts when I ...”
  • “I can’t do ...”
  • “I want to be able to ...”
  • “I am afraid to ...”

If so, you are not alone. We all learn to cope with varying levels of pain that often stop us from doing many of the things we love or even need to do.

Traumatic injury, childbirth, repetitive motion, surgery, postural deformity and scoliosis are only a few of the possible causes that lead to compensations in our movement.

Robin’s approach to therapy focuses on restoring the natural chain reactions at each segment of the body, allowing freedom of movement without pain or fear of injury.

“The Magic is not in the medicine, but in the patients body …”
