Prospect Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation makes every attempt to
get reimbursed by your Health Insurance Provider. There are many
different plans to each Insurance Provider, and it is the patient’s
responsibility to know if physical therapy is covered by your plan. The
patient is responsible for paying out of pocket for any deductibles,
Co-payment amounts, or remaining balances which are dictated by your
insurance carrier. Prospect Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation is
happy to discuss payment options with you, to ensure that you receive
the care you need, when you need it. If you have special circumstances,
please feel free to contact our office to discuss your insurance
questions. This is a list of Health Insurance Providers who we work
with directly, and we are preferred care providers with.

Gardening Tips:
Home Gardening is great recreation, but many gardeners "harvest"
avoidable injuries before they harvest anything from their gardens.
Although gardening seems relaxing and suitable for anyone, in reality

“I carried shingles up a ladder to a roof top for the first time in nine months just this week. I fell off a roof injuring my back, hip and shoulder. I been to therapy at another local facility and though I improved I never was well enough to carry 80 lbs up a ladder. When I saw James he immediately saw problems in back and muscles the other therapist did not address. After four weeks with James I’m better than I hoped to be.” – J.T. Whitefield, ME
